Kansas has corporate and personal income
tax, property tax and retail/sales tax. For more information

- Personal
income tax varies depending on income and marital
status
- Property
tax ranges from 11.5 percent for residential, 25 percent
for commercial to 30 percent for agricultural.
- While
the City of Wichita does not incur sales or retail
tax, Sedgwick County sales tax is 2 percent, while
the state of Kansas sales tax is 5.3 percent making
the combined sales tax in Wichita 7.3 percent.
