  • Sedgwick County Department on Aging, (316) 660-7298, connects people age 60 and older with the social service agency or volunteer organization appropriate to their interests or concerns.
  • The East Side Shepherd's Center, (316) 682-0504, underwritten by the Kansas Health Foundation, brings seniors together to help, learn from and enjoy one another. Seniors teach classes in what they know best – whether it's accounting, macramé, painting or pool.
